The alternate MOS1 Module was designed for advanced sub - 250nm MOSFETs. It is derived from the standard MOS Module and inherits all of that Module's electrical tests.
Silicided source-drain regions and nitride spacers are available. This is useful (among other applications) in connection with studies of the effects of silicidation on properties of ESD (Electro-Static Discharge) protection devices.
